Transcription: To perform this exercise, place your weight on the supporting leg and slowly move your opposite leg toward the midline of your body, crossing through the center and front. Slowly release the leg back to the beginning position without letting the weights touch. Repeat. Remember to keep both knees slightly bent at all times, and be sure to keep the body squared forward.
